How can meditation help?

Grief is a complex emotion, woven through with anger, guilt, hopelessness, confusion and sadness. Meditation will not offer a cure for grief, but it can offer a source of hope. These practices give a glimpse into a realm where one can hold both the light and the dark simultaneously.
